New, stand alone condo with water views! Furnished and decorated to high standards. Hardwood floors, granite counter tops, air conditioning, skylights, ceiling fans in every room. Fully equipped kitchen, open to living room. Master bedroom has queen size bed. Second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and separate twin bed. Full bath includes a washer/dryer. Two sets of sliding glass doors lead to a 3 season porch to enjoy your morning coffee or play cards at night. Two pools, hot tub, kiddie pool, 11 acres of common area. Condo is located next to the main pool. Centrally located near beaches, shopping, restaurants, golf, mini golf. On the Wells trolley route. Fishing, boating, charters nearby.
