HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
The house includes 7 bedrooms/3 full baths/sleeps a maximum of 16.
One large bedroom is on the main floor with a queen size bed. The remaining 6 bedrooms are located on the second floor with full size beds.
Hardwood floors throughout, a whole house fan, and ceiling fans in every room, including the porch!
Kitchen amenities: an abundance of dishware for 16 people, drinking glassware, silverware, cutlery knives, bottle and can openers, assorted pots and pans, garbage disposal, and miscellaneous cleaning supplies.
Entertainment: Surround sound stereo with large screen color TV, DVD/VCR, cable TV, various movies and board games.
There is also a spacious side yard with 2 barbecue grills.
Activities: South Haven has several activities for all ages to enjoy throughout the year! In the summer or spring, one can enjoy the beaches for swimming, sun bathing, and walking. You can also picnic at one of the 8 surrounding parks, golf at one of the 3 nearby golf courses; participate in water sports (several watercraft rentals available). Boat slips are a few short steps from the home, fishing, biking and hiking the Kal-Haven Trail (which is a short bike ride from the home), and watching the beautiful sunsets from North Beach are just a few things to enjoy while in South Haven. Fall and winter brings along fruit picking, ice skating at the rink in downtown South Haven, snowmobiling, and sledding, cross country skiing, ice fishing, hiking and biking.
Annual festivities take place in February, June, July, August, and September.
