Amenities::
The condo is fully furnished. The all-new kitchen is fully stocked, including a dishwasher and disposal. Kitchen, bath, and bedroom linens are provided. Beach towels and chairs are provided, too. The unit has two TVs with cable, DVD, WIFI, central air and heat for your indoor comfort. There is a laundry room on site. Other in-unit amenities include an iron/board, hair dryers, and pack-n-play for babies.
The master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, two twins are in the second bedroom, and a new innerspring queen sleeper sofa is in the living room.
Activities::
On-site amenities include our fishing pier and boat dock (no charge), a heated swimming pool, BBQ decks poolside and beachside, and laundry. Professional maid service is available. Boat trailer parking available for a fee.
Watersports rentals, eco-cruises, charter fishing, restaurants, and the public beach are within walking distance. Limousine service to and from Tampa, Sarasota, and Fort Myers airports is available.
Shopping and golf courses abound in the surrounding area. Day-trip to many Florida attractions.
