Beautiful 2BR/2BA Fully Furnished Condo

This newly renovated first floor condo in a small, friendly complex offers beautiful views of Lemon Bay from every room. Watch the sunrise or dine al fresco from your screened lanai that overlooks the heated pool and private fishing and boat pier. Lounge on our private Gulf beach or relax by the heated pool. BBQ poolside or beachside on our decks. Walk to restaurants, charter fishing, watersports rentals, eco-cruises, and the public beach. Golf courses and shopping are a short drive away.

Amenities:: The condo is fully furnished. The all-new kitchen is fully stocked, including a dishwasher and disposal. Kitchen, bath, and bedroom linens are provided. Beach towels and chairs are provided, too. The unit has two TVs with cable, DVD, WIFI, central air and heat for your indoor comfort. There is a laundry room on site. Other in-unit amenities include an iron/board, and hair dryers. Bring your own ipod dock.

The master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, a full/twin bunk bed is in the second bedroom, and a new innerspring queen sleeper sofa is in the living room.

Activities:: On-site amenities include our fishing pier and boat dock (no charge), a heated swimming pool, BBQ decks poolside and beachside, and laundry. Professional maid service is available. Boat trailer parking available for a fee.

Watersports rentals, eco-cruises, charter fishing, restaurants, and the public beach are within walking distance. Limousine service to and from Tampa, Sarasota, and Fort Myers airports is available.

Shopping and golf courses abound in the surrounding area. Day-trip to many Florida attractions.

Area:: We are located between Venice and Punta Gorda giving you access to even more restaurants, shopping, and theater.

Manasota Key is an island strand near Englewood. It's much more of an 'Old Florida' feel than many areas. Think Sanibel 40 years ago. You won't find the any high-rise complexes that block all view and access to the gulf here. Or the density of people that come with those. Our complex consists of two buildings on Lemon Bay and two buildings on the Gulf of Mexico, so we benefit by having waterfront on both sides of our small complex in Charlotte County. The majority of the key is in Sarasota County, which consists of mostly single family gulf-to-bay estates on both sides of a canopy road.

This is a wonderful vacation spot with ideal location away from massive Florida crowds. We loved the condo and used it all, including the 2 bdrooms, 2 baths, family room, kitchen and awesome Linai (screened porch) overlooking one of the best pools (heated even) in the area. The fact you have the pool outside your door and the gulf/beach on the property makes this place truly unique. The neighbors (owners I assume) were also very friendly and sociable. You can bet that we will definitely be back at the first opportunity. We loved our vacation!!
