Cancellation Policy: Cancellation greater than 90 days from arrival receive a full refund less $59 cancellation fee. Cancellation between 45 to 90 days from arrival receive a full refund less two nights room and tax and $59 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 45 days from arrival are non-refundable. Deposit is two nights room and tax with balance due 45 days prior to arrival.

My wife and I fell in love with this resort that we bought a 1 bedroom unit in the Hokulani Tower; unit 338. We began vacationing so much with our daughters that a 1 bedroom was just not enough room, so we just purchased this 2 bedroom as it is so unique with it large living space inside and out. I live and work in Los Angeles and love coming to Maui to decompress from the busy life in LA. We bought this particular unit because of the outdoor space. When you are in Maui you want to be outside as much as possible. You also don't feel on top of each other in this unit since it is laid out great. Come enjoy it.
What makes this condo unique
We enjoy how nice and family friendly this resort is. The pool area is nicely spread out so you don't feel like you are on top of anyone. Plus the beach is right there and the snorkeling out front is great. This place is BRAND NEW!!!! That is very very rare in Maui and in Hawaii in general.
