This house is well maintained and expertly decorated with a wonderful sophisticated beach feel. Lower level of this up and down duplex features large living room/dining room combination. Home also features cable, HDTV, 3 bedrooms have TV's (living room and 2 bedrooms have DVD players), wireless internet, foosball table, microwave, dishwasher, ceiling fans, covered porch and large ocean front deck. The shared covered creek dock also has floating creek dock. There is an enclosed outside shower with bathroom and the parking underneath house is designated. The widows walk, which is the highest point in Pawleys Island, has an excellent panoramic view.

House has 9 queen beds.

Shared parking underneath house is designated.
