Newly remodeled 5 bedroom 3 bath home located in a quiet Anchorage neighborhood. This house is a beautifully appointed retreat and is perfect for a vacation with your family or friends. The Coastal Trail and Campbell creek is close to our home and downtown Anchorage is just 10 minutes away.

Comfortably accommodating up to 16 vacationers, this splendid retreat is your home away from home. The fully equipped kitchen will fulfill your culinary desires and there is a gas barbeque grill on the deck to host some sizzling cookouts.

You can simply relax and recharge yourself or explore and enjoy the superb outdoors. This place is a skier’s paradise with ample opportunities for other adventures as well. There is an indoor Water Park nearby which is great for family outings.

The town and its shopping centers are close by for stocking up on supplies and souvenirs and while you are there, do step in the restaurants and diners to try some scrumptious delicacies.

I have rented from Carla twice before and she never ceases to amaze me! We initially reserved one of her other rentals for this visit but when we were surprised with more stairs than prepared for (with an 11 month old), Carla went out of her way to switch us into this rental which was much more baby friendly. This house was perfect! Great location, clean, cozy with plenty of room for our party(and we only used the upstairs!) I always recommend her to anyone I know who is planning to visit Anchorage! Great lady and great rentals!

This is a great place to stay. It's in a nice quiet family neighborhood, yet really close to everything Anchorage has to offer. In addition, it was really clean, something that is important to us. Also very spacious. Just a lovely place to stay!

We came to Anchorage for our newhews wedding. There were nine adults in our group and the house was perfect for our needs. The description (accomodations) of the home was accurate and we were able to decide on the sleeping arrangement prior to our arrival. For nine people using shower and bathroom facilities there were no issues with hot water. We were very pleased that the home was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The location provided easy access to main roads that took us in any direction. I would definately recommend this house.
