Newly Remodeled, 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Cape

Walk through the front door and see the wonderful job this owner has done with this home. It is ready for your family to enjoy a week on the Cape in a lovely neighborhood less than a mile from the beach. Updated from the floors to the ceilings, there is a Pottery Barn feel throughout.

There are 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths with laundry on first floor. The breezeway off the kitchen has cozy furniture and high ceilings. Enjoy views of the marsh across the street from the breezeway, living room and 1st floor bedroom. Deck overlooks a private tree filled back yard. With three TVs, 2 DVD players, cable TV, and internet and window a/c’s one in each bedroom, your family of 6 will be able to relax on raining days. Or bring your bicycle for a short ride to the beach. You can also enjoy walking or riding in the neighborhood. Enclosed outdoor shower.

High chair, baby gate and pack and play at the property for your convenience.

Maison superbe avec beaucoup d'arbre et secteur très relax, terrains avec beaucoup d'arbres. Location très simple avec SandDollar, je recommende sans hésitation.

Wonderful, Relaxing, Getaway from it all!

I had a wonderful week with my mom, sister and grown daughter. The house was spacious and well cared for - we were very pleased. There is plenty of room to spread out or come together for family games. The yard was spacious and peaceful.

Excellent vacation rental- large comfortable bedrooms and great layout for families with children. Great yard and accessible to beaches, restaurants, convenience and shopping.
