Convenient location and great fenced in yard

We enjoyed being able to bring our dog and the very large fenced in yard was perfect for her. The location of the home is great and close to the store and anywhere else you want to travel to.

The house needs to be aired out and freshened up a bit. I didn't feel I could use the dressers because of the musty smells. It did have all the necessities of home for cooking and cleaning so that was great.

Relaxing

Our recent stay was a relaxing one. Since we have never rented before, we were pleased to find the house clean and convient to everywhere! House was equipped with everything necessary(radio,extension cords,trash bags etc.) Side yard was large and roomy enough for a whiffle ball game and cookout,and was fenced in all around so we had piece of mind that our special needs child and our dog would be safe and unable to wander off. Would def. return in future! :)

nice vacation

Nice location, nearby all the principal Sandwich's interests (Glass museum, and the heritage museum & gardens...) close from the Stop & Shop, and nice little restaurants.
The only negative points : water was cold (but as we were in the north of Cap Cod it's normal), and due to the humidity, a lots of mosquitos.
Otherwise, you can vist all the Cap code cities very easily(Barnstable,Hyannis (nice beaches with warm water..) Provincetown (around 2hrs by car) and the ferry to go to Martha's Vineyard (to see absolutely)

Hidden Gem!

We selected this location for our stay because it is pet-friendly with a large yard. With two mini schnauzers, the fenced-in yard came in handy. The house is exactly as pictured, clean and updated, but somewhat “cozy”. It warrants the occupancy limit of four. Any more and you’d be crowded. The outdoor shower came in handy, as the bathroom tub/shower combo is somewhat tight; and one of the mattresses could be replaced. All in all, the home is well kept. The large yard, outdoor patio and grilling area, inviting front porch, and proximity to beaches, canal and town make this location a hidden gem. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again. Don’t forget to bring your bikes!

Quaint Cape Cottage

We had a wonderful vacation at 20 Chadwell. This small cottage was very clean and very well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the backyard and the front porch. The cottage is in a good location to take advantage of all the things Sandwich has to offer.

For the two of us and our dog, it was perfect. The cottage, being adorable but small, might be slightly cramped for a larger family.

Overall, a charming bungalow!
