Alpine Skiing, Snowboarding, Cross-Country Skiing, Snowmobiling, Dog Sledding, Fly Fishing, Hunting, Horseback Riding, Biking, Mountain Biking, White Water Rafting, Rock Climbing, Hiking, Yellowstone and Teton National Parks.
Location: AREA: The town homes are located just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) from the Big Sky Mountain Village where restaurants and bars, shopping, ski rentals and more reside. The ski lift is located about 100 yards from the town homes which make it perfect for families and convenient for lunch and breaks from skiing. NEARBY: The Big Horn 62 vacation rental homes are just 50 minutes from Bozeman, Bozeman International Airport and 45 miles from the west gate of Yellowstone National Park. Connected to the Big Sky Ski Resort, our town homes are perfect for an incredible ski-in/ski-out vacation, providing convenient access to over 3500 acres, 150 named ski runs all on 3 separate mountains, kids 10 and under ski free. In addition, Moonlight Basin Ski area has been added to a combined lift ticket adding another 2200 acres.
Unique Perks: Our town homes add the special touches that make your stay pleasant. We give you a complimentary bottle of wine upon your arrival. We have a video and music library for your entertainment. With two side by side town homes you can have a group of up to 22 quests. We are one of the only units in the complex with a hot tub.
Ski: Big Sky Ski area is home to three ski areas, Big Sky Ski Resort, Moonlight Basin and the new Dakota Territories, with a total of 5,512 acres. It is the largest ski area in the nation. Average of 400 inches of snow per season and average temperatures in the 20's. Our town homes are located less than 100 yards of flat terrain to the nearest lift.
Guest Book: 6/27/08: Our Families had a wonderful ski vacation this past February. We could not have asked for a better facility. The smaller kids could easily walk to and from the Bear Back Poma with their skiis. It was nice to ski back for lunches. We have not stayed in condo that has been as nicely furnished as yours. We did use the pool at night and the exercise facilities in the mornings up at the Huntly Lodge. The snow conditions we excellent! We have booked already for next year.
