Other recent updates include new carpeting, new AC and new kitchen counters. The fully equipped kitchen has a 6 person dining table. The master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and private master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen, TV/VCR, and a ceiling fan. The 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds. Other amenities are telephone, washer and dryer, an enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water, grill, lighted fish cleaning table, concrete under house parking, and a sun deck. NO SMOKING. NO PETS.
