  • From $750/Week
  • *Cleaning fees included with a 7 night stay min.
    *A $400 deposit required at time of reservation with full payment due on or before 60 days arrival. A $100 cancelation fee applies to all cancelations. 50% refund for written notification more that 30 days from arrival. There is no refund if cancelled within 30 days unless other bookings can be arranged.
    *A $250 security deposit is required for all rentals and will be reimbursed upon satifactory inspection after your stay.
    *Pool heat optional for $150 per week ( usually advised between November to April )
    Check-in is 4 PM
    Check out is 10 AM
    Unless other arrangements are made.
    Plus Florida State & County Tax of 12%
    There is a 4 1/2% surcharge for credit card use.

Our Disney Trip

This was our first trip together as a family to Disney so we wanted to make our experience a good and memorable one. We didn't want to stay at the resort because we wanted our own pool and didn't want to worry about others bothering us or our children. Afterall, you can only take so much Disney before it drives you insane.

This house is in a prime location if you don't want to be in the middle of all the Disney hustle and bustle. It took us about 20-25 min to get to all the Disney attractions and it is walking distance to Wal*Mart, other shops and major restaurants. The golf course it is located on is very nice and the community is kept up very well. This house is also in a gated community, so you feel very secure.

The house was very nice as well, very big and spacious, we had more than enough room and there were six of us. The house was very clean and provided us with more than we expected. We did have a small issue with the refrigerator, but they were out to fix it the same day, no questions asked and very friendly! It's good to know that the maintenance staff is ready and available to you in case of an emergency, that is hard to find.

The pool is very nice for those evenings when you just want to cool down. It also has a spa, but when we tried to heat it up, it heated the entire pool to 104 degrees as well, I think something is wrong there, but we only used the heat twice there, the sun kept the water just right. There was no noise on or near the property, it was nice and peaceful throughout the day and evening. There is also a community pool located on the same street and the clubhouse has activities and a restaurant available to those staying on premises.

We would have loved to stay there longer and hope to come back there again in the future. The owner is super friendly and helpful, we highly recommend this property to anyone.
