This newly constructed(2005), well cared for home is located on the Boise Bench, specifically the Crescent Rim area, and is centrally located. A quick and easy 5 minute drive to downtown Boise for shopping, enjoying the Saturday Market, dining at the various fabulous restaurants in the downtown area or just enjoying your favorite beverage as you people-watch from one of the numerous downtown outdoor patio's! Travel the opposite direction for 5 minutes and you are at the Town Square Mall, complete with Macy's, Abercrombie, Banana Republic, and Apple Store, Williams Sonoma, J Crew, Brookstone... just to name a few. Easy on and off to the 'Connector' (I-184) will get you where you need to be within the Treasure Valley in moments!
Access to the Greenbelt is nearby- enjoy bicycling, roller blading or just walking along this great community asset.
The back yard includes a gas grill, patio and 6 foot fence for privacy.
The main floor includes the living area, dining room, kitchen and 1/2 bath. The bedrooms and laundry are located on the top level.
The master bedroom includes a private bathroom with dual sinks and shower. A spacious walk-in closet easily stores clothes and luggage.
The remaining bedrooms are joined by a 'jack & jill' bathroom which includes a shower and tub combo.

This home is situated in an ideal location for getting around the city and Treasure Valley quickly. Easy access to the Greenbelt, Town Square Mall, Downtown, Garden City. Ann Morrison and Kathryn Albertson parks are also close. There are numerous restaurants/eateries downtown and I am happy to recommend some of my favorites!

Once the two night minimum is met, the remaining nightly fee is $130 per night. Please contact owner for more accurate rate for entire stay if less than one week but more than 2 night minimum.
Also, 50% of the RENT is due up front, the remaining RENT due 30 days prior and the Tax, cleaning and refundable security deposit are due 10 days prior. The rate tool provides minimal flexibility for owner.
