This immaculate mountain condo is located at the top of Swiss Mountain at Seven Springs Resort. Renters have access to free shuttle to and from the lodge. This one-story condo sleeps seven: Bedroom 1 has queen with TV; Bedroom 2 has 2 full futons and 1 twin bunk with TV; living room has queen pull-out sofa with TV/VHS/DVD/CD with surround sound. Access to large indoor pool at lodge included. Keys provided before your trip, no check-in required.

  • $100-400/Night
  • Rates are per night. A $250 security deposit + 50% deposit will hold dates. Balance of rental payment is due two weeks before rental date. Refund of deposit will occur if unit can be re-rented. Security deposit will be returned within 10 days of departure per lease agreement.

    Holidays (Christmas, New Years, Presidents Weekend, Martin Luther King) are $400/night and require a three night minimum.

Resort activities include: spa, down-hill skiing, cross country skiing, snowboard park, indoor swimming pool, biking trails, bowling, game room, kids camp, mini-golf, horseback riding, snow tubing, outdoor pool, tennis courts, best party bar around (foggy goggle), and restaurants that range from casual buffets to fine dining at Helen's.

Area: Located one hour from Pittsburgh and only a few hours from Washington, D.C., Baltimore, Philadelphia, and Cleveland. The condo is a short drive away to Ohiopyle State Park (great whitewater rafting) and Frank Lloyd Wright's Falling Water.
