The condo is located in a single floor building making easy access in and out. The neighborhood is very quiet and located on a cul-de-sac. This is a small condominium complex with only eight units. This condo has a private dock on the beautiful Rubicon Canal. In 2007, the bathrooms, flooring and appliances were updated.
Tile flooring was installed in the bathrooms, kitchen, dinning area and living room. The bedrooms were newly carpeted. Each room including the lanai has a remote controlled ceiling fan making for very comfortable living when air conditioning is not really necessary. The living room has a sofa and love seat along with a new Lazy Boy recliner. Cable television is located in the living room and also in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a day bed with a trundle which can be made up into two single beds or a King size bed.
There is much to do in South West Florida. History buffs can visit the Edison, Ford and Burroughs homes. Naturalists can visit the Everglades, Ding darling National Wildlife Refuge, Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve, Calusa nature Center/Planetarium, Corkscrew Swamp and manatee tours. Visit the beaches of nearby Sanibel Island and collect sea shells. There is plenty of shopping located nearby and be sure to visit the colossal Flea Market in Ft. Myers. Watch the Red Sox or the Minnesota Twins. It is a very entertaining area for all.

We had a great time and a very nice suprise, as the condo far exceeded our expections. Very Clean and spacious. We traveled with another couple and had enough room to stay out of each others way. The Lani was also very nice, we ate almost every meak we had at the condo out there. The photos of the place don't do it justice. The owner was a delight and very helpful, neighbors also very nice. Plenty of restaurants in the area, our favorites are Rib City, Twisted Conch and Monkey Bar.
We were lucky to find such a nice condo for our stay in Florida. Extremely clean; very comfortable, cozy, and spacious. Quiet, pleasant neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. Owner is wonderful to work with; very helpful and accomodating. Thank you, Bonnie, for everything.
After viewing several other condos in this area, this one stood out as the cleanest and most spacious with comfortable furniture (as the pictures show) and modern appliances--I loved the water and ice dispenser in the door of the fridge. Great location--close to the Cape Coral beach/fishing pier, close to shopping and restaurants with easy access to Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel. Very quiet street, safe neighborhood. The owners were helpful in getting me set up and were easy to contact with questions. But I think what sold me the most was the screened lanai with a great view of the canal--wonderful place to sit in the afternoons and just relax. I would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again.
