From this mountain retreat, access to seven ski areas - all just a few miles away, hiking trails, golf courses & clubhouse with hot tubs (indoor & outdoor). Only minutes to the ski resorts of Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, Arapaho Basin & about 30 minutes to Vail & Beaver Creek. Located on the free Summit Stage bus route, ski resorts & restaurants can be accessed without car. Bordering Arapaho National Forest at the base of Buffalo Mountain, hikers & cross country skiers have easy access to a variety of trails in the Gore Range. There are 47 great biking trails throughout Summit County for the hard-core mountain biker or the paved path cruiser. Excellent Nordic (cross country) skiing is available at the Frisco Nordic Center, about 10 miles away. Beautiful Lake Dillon is less than four miles away. Sleeping Arrangements: Master Bedroom - queen bed. 2nd Bedroom - 2 twin beds. Living Area: 1 queen sleep sofa & if really needed an air mattrass (will be crowded).
Area: Silverthorne & Dillon (2 to 3 miles away) provide shopping (over 70 stores, including outlets), restaurants & services. A variety of restaurants in Silverthorne, Frisco, Dillon & Breckenridge can accommodate just about any taste & budget for those times you don't feel like cooking. For those who would rather fix their own meals, there is a complete kitchen, crockpot, breakfast bar and dining table. The 2 large grocery stores nearby, make it easy to find the ingredients for your favorite meal.
