Cape Coral is your gateway to the Gulf of Mexico--boating, beaches, nature, and warm and beautiful weather all winter long. Our condo is on the top floor with vaulted ceilings. Professionally decorated, comfortable kitchen and dining area, fully furnished. Immaculate. Banyan Trace Condominiums are in a great location with lots of amenities to enjoy.

There is a gigantic Community pool, two spas, fitness center, bocce ball courts, tennis and a community gazebo with grills to get to know your neighbors. This very nice 2 bedroom + den top floor unit has been well maintained. The unit feel spacious due to the lanai and the vaulted ceilings, since we are on the top floor of the building.

We have enjoyed the Cape Coral area for many years as we have family living there. We fell in love with the Banyan Trace condos when we saw the pool. The property was originally a hotel and golf course and the hotel was replaced with our condos, but we kept the gorgeous pool.

What makes this condo unique

Day trips to Naples, Ft. Myers Beaches, Sanibel Island, The Everglades, the historic city of Ft. Myers--all very easy to do. Cape Coral is a boating community--lots of fishing and sailing available.
