BEAUTIFUL VILLA IN AWARD WINNING TERRA VERDE RESORT

We stayed at Terre Verde for the second time in June this year. We didn't look at any other resort as we knew from our previous trip that Terre Verde was the place for us. The location is perfect. The drive from the airport and to the parks and all the attractions is very direct.
The gated resort is a calm and peaceful place (a welcome break from the hectic days at the parks etc), really secure and maintained to perfection.
This house exceeded our expectations. It was more spacious than we thought it would be and with 10 people sharing, it never felt crowded. Having the pool and the games room was fantastic. We had 6 boys with us aged from 9 to 21. They loved it. Everything in the house was spotlessly clean and really well equipped.
Booking the house was very straightforward. It was a pleasure to be in contact with the owner, Gail. She responded to our emails directly and courteously.
We would definitely recommend this house to anyone. We really want to return.

Very nice house. Sure is a lot nicer than renting hotel. have your own private pool, could go out in pool whenever you want and not just during posted hours. Kids became fish by the time we left if we had no other plans for day, in the pool they went for the day.Was nice go outside and sit at table with coffee in the morning. Kitchen & living room had a nice open floor plan, so you can still visit with everyone. Weren't all cramped into 2 beds and a roll away. Very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if we get back to Florida. House was very clean when we got there. They had pool people come and test water make sure enough chemicals etc. Gail was very friendly e-mailed her a few times before our trip asking different questions she got right back to me. There is a Bob Evans restaurant down the road have really good breakfast. I would recommend this to family & friends, I will never stay in a motel in the Orlando area again, renting a house is the only way to go.

This home is fantastic! We have traveled to Florida the past 7 years with young children and have stayed at multiple different places. Last year we found this home and could not imagine staying anywhere else. We have booked our March 2011 vacation here again without a second thought. The price is superb when you compare what you get. (and we have done our research the past 7 years) The listing is just like you see-and even better in person. A private home with everything you need, your own private pool, and an owner who is great. Gail the owner is very accomodating and is very easy to contact. We had some conflicts when booking this year and she was very easy to deal with. I like that you deal directly with the homes owner for booking. You can tell they take pride in their home. The home is super clean and in a great location. There is plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, a stocked kitchen, and private pool. Our kids could not get enough of the pool. It is private in the back which is great. The pool is perfect size and heated. We used it all hours of the day. I loved having our own washer and dryer and garage. There is a management company right on site. We had to contact them about our pool heat and they were there immediately and took care of it with a very friendly attitude. The resort is great. It is not so huge that the clubhouse pool is over loaded with people like some places. The community is very clean and gated for security. The location of the resort is great. It is close to all the main roads and a few minutes from Disney. We were lucky to find this place!
