Terra Verde is gated/guarded community located within the Disney Corridor off highway 192 on Poinciana Boulevard, and just 20 miles south of Orlando Florida. Terra Verde enjoys quick, easy access to I-4, Osceola Parkway and the 417 Greenway making Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, shopping, restaurants, and other entertainment just a short drive away. Both coasts are within a sixty to ninety minute drive to the east and west respectively. More than ten championship resort play golf courses are within a fifteen-minute drive of Terra Verde.

For our 1st trip to Florida and not knowing where to stay after doing much research, I found my direct communication to the property owner and the "feel good" I received from that contact to be the deciding factor in where we stayed.
The owner was helpful in everyway including the date flexibility/ length of stay which I found to be a problem elsewhere.
The home description and photos were great on the website and you get what you see. It was clean, maintained and the price was also very reasonable. The Terra Verde community is clean and secure. The owner was also helpful with Resaurant recommendations and we were very pleased with their suggestion after we went.
The home is a great location for anyone wanting self catering accomodations. It is nicely located for those wanting to go to the Disney Parks, SeaWorld, or even Gatorland. We will likely stay at this property again and I would recommend it to friends and family.
