Beautifully remodeled 1 bedroom/1 bath condo located in Ole Scottsdale. Great Quiet Complex, close to all amenities, golf courses, Fashion Square Mall and many many restaurants. This end unit Condo is located on the ground floor with a very private large back yard, lots of windows, including 2 sliding glass doors to patio - 1 located in bedroom and 1 off the living area. Condo includes an in suite stacker washer/dryer Kitchen is completely remodeled with Shaker Style Cabinets & granite counter top. All stainless appliances including dishwasher, microwave, with filtered water and ice maker in the refrigerator. Kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, dishes, linens, etc. Living Area is furnished with glass dining table with parson chairs, micro-suede sleeper sofa, chair/ottoman, end tables, lamps' 32' flat screen high definition TV - all new New Patio furniture Bathroom is complete with new cabinets, granite counters, and full walk in shower with new tile.

Within 20 minutes of Phoenix Skyharbour Airport, and major hospitals so great for traveling health care workers. Great walking trails, baseball stadiums (great for spring training) within minutes of this smaller quiet complex.
