Non-Smoking, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, (2nd BR is large loft with private bath) condominium situated on ski run. Ski-In to the back-door via Four O'Clock Ski Run, Ski-Out 150 steps to the Snowflake Lift. This unit has access to multiple public WiFi hotspots so bring your laptop and surf the web or check your email. Large windows with southeast view. Watch the sun come up over Mount Baldy from the kitchen table. Fantastic views of Ski runs and Mount Baldy from the large deck. Fully stocked kitchen, new appliances. Large dining table, easily seats eight, newer cabinets, ceramic floor and counters. Master bedroom with queen bed. Fireplace and queen-size futon in living room. Full bathroom on main level. Spacious loft has a full-size futon, two full-size beds, and a twin bed. Second bathroom with shower in loft. Loft also has its own TV and VCR stocked with children's movies. Just two blocks from the Main Street of Breckenridge.

Fantastic location makes this place the ideal Breck lodging. A quick walk to downtown, bus stop almost out your door (free bus rides!), only a half block up the street to the chairlift, and you can literally ski right back to the condo. Parking available right in front too.
We stayed in the summer and enjoyed the perfect weather -- cool nights in the 50s, warm afternoons in the upper 70s -- and bright sunshine every day. Great biking and hiking routes right out the door. At night, fall asleep listening to the stream that runs through the backyard.
The condo has its own wireless internet, a couple of TVs (one for the kids!), and separate bathrooms. Great setup for a family. The kids loved having their own area up in the loft. Everything was very clean and up-to-date. Great communications with the owners, as well.
