Property Description: On the main floor there is a spacious living area with leather couches and a TV with a DVD/VCR. In the dining area, the table will seat 8, plus 6 stools at the kitchen bar. There is also a folding table and chairs that can be brought in for more seating. There is a high chair & booster seat for children. The kitchen is gorgeous with a full island, beautiful hickory cabinets, dishwasher, microwave, double oven, full size refrigerator and freezer, and all the conveniences of a modern kitchen. There is also available two full size washers and dryers. The upstairs is handicapped accessible through the garage (a slight 3 inch step up from the garage floor into the laundry room). The basement has a large seating area and game room complete with a big screen TV and sound system, pool/ping pong table, games, toys and space to play! The ease of the gas fireplaces upstairs and down will give you a homey, comfortable feel as you relax in the evening with your loved ones nearby.

Amenities: Fully stocked kitchen including dish ware, cookware, a double oven and flat cook top stove, dishwasher, microwave, ice and water dispenser in refrigerator, coffeemaker, tea kettle, spices, etc.; We have local telephone service, satellite TV, VCR and DVD; 2 gas fireplaces; all bedding and towels provided; washer & dryer; jetted tub in the master bath; upstairs deck, and downstairs patio. On the upper deck there is a gas BBQ grill and a small table and chairs. A spiral staircase leads to the lower patio with a picnic table and a patio set. We have a fire pit for charcoal use only (no burning wood).

Activities (on site or nearby): Activities: Summer/Winter Activities on Star Valley ranch: * Golf – There are 2 championship golf courses on site; a beautiful 9 hole course just 1 ½ blocks away to the club house. Just minutes away, there is another 18 hole course with beautiful mountain vistas. *Tennis – 2 courts are just a block and a half away. * Swimming - (One nice outdoor pool by the Park) - just minutes away. * Hiking/Walking – gorgeous nature walks all around you. * Park – Complete with playground, horseshoe pits, volleyball/basketball courts & covered picnic area with tables. * Snowmobiling – Right from the house during the winter, snowmobiling along the golf fairways at the SVR. Outside the ranch, there are literally hundreds of miles of trails. Summer & Winter Activities outside the SVR: *Hiking/Rock Climbing – the Tetons are just an hour away and Yellowstone is just 2 hours away! *Horseback riding –all within 20 minutes *Boating – the big, beautiful Palisades Reservoir.

Golf: Star Valley Ranch has 2 championship golf courses on site; a beautiful 9 hole course and another 18 hole course with beautiful mountain vistas. Green Fees are reasonable: $30 - 18 holes; $20 - 9 holes; Cart Rental: $20 - 18 hole, $12 - 9 holes. Twilight special: 18 holes of Golf for two (after 2 pm Sun - Thurs, No Holidays) plus a cart - only $64. Golf season is May - October.
