2nd Floor: There are 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in each, and one bedroom with 2 queen beds. There are 2 Jack and Jill baths. You'll enjoy access to the long deck through the French door.
3rd Floor: This is the lovely heart of the home with another Master Bedroom and master bath with Italian tile and Jacuzzi soaking tub. The open Living Room has a fireplace available in the cooler months and leads to the dining room. The handsome screened in porch is just off the dining room for casual outdoor dining, which leads to another deck with the fabulous lighthouse view.
The Kitchen: Of course you can’t have a cool new beach house without granite and stainless steel appliances! The kids will enjoy the counter with seating for five.
The Loft: A great get away with a day bed and trundle (2 twin beds)

All Luxury- Exclusive Ocean Hill Community on the Sound Side. You can walk to the beach with the little red wagon we provide in about 5 or 6 minutes. Or you can be like me and toss your sand buckets and kids in the car and drive to the ocean front community pool, parking, beautiful dunes, and beach in one minute! Across the street from our home is a great gym, pond, tennis courts, and another community pool., & playground. Of course we have our own private pool and and 6 person hot tub for your enjoyment.
If you have any family members that like to limit stairs one master bedroom is on the 1st floor with no steps involved and access to the game room with frig and microwave as well as the private pool area and hot tub. There is a limited ocean view from the screened in porch, limited Sound view from the deck, and fabulous light house views. High Speed Internet!
What is your heart's desire? Miles of pristine beach for swimming or strolling. The prestigious Currituck Golf Course just 10 minutes away. Every water sport known to man, including any rental you would like. Then there is my personal favorite, shopping. Quaint shops line the Northern Outer Banks, many of which are water front. Which leads to my second favorite subject, dining out. You will find every level of restaurant, from hot dogs to gourmet cuisine. You're going to need more time!

Golf:
Our home is located 1/2 mile from the 4 wheel drive beach area known for the famous wild horses. Corolla is a charming village with everything you could possibly want minutes away. Corolla is at the tip of the northern Outer Banks, where the Island is very narrow, so you are very close to the ocean and the sound. There is tons to do- shops, dining, activities for the kids, golf, sightseeing, water fun. You name it, the northern Outer Banks is the upscale place to be. We are close to the Currituck Lighthouse, which you will see from decks. On days that you want to explore the area you can wander down to the Wright Brothers Memorial and the Nags Head area which is only about 25 miles away.
