Unfortunately, this did not start well! Was supposed to have 1 bedroom for 2 weeks, changed it because of a mixup on their part, called before i left for vacation, said that they would have to give me a 2 bedroom instead, which I thought was OK, except that we would have to move to another unit the last 2 days of our stay! The 2 bedroom was 2 flights up, wanted 1st, the place in the back of us had either speakers or HDTV, until 1 or 2 am in the morning! Then was promised last 2 days would be 1 bedroom, facing the pool and lake on the ground floor! Nope, they tried to give us another one upstairs, hubby has bad back, did it once , but not again, so Shauna, was nice enough to switch someone else s unit so we could have the ground floor! All in all, the place was not bad, but the mixup was not good! They may need to stop overbooking and straighten it out!
These units or condos are really nothing other than a glorified apartment! Noise in and around rooms, etc.
