At the bottom of the stairs is a full bath, which this bedroom uses as well as the people enjoying the downstairs. The recreation room has a gas-burning fireplace, refrigerator, sink, and cupboards, and it's also where you enter the outdoor hot tub. Ultimate Convenience!
