10 Bedroom 9 Bath 5550sq ft, three story home with a large, heated, private pool. Enjoy great gulf views from this beach home with large decks off the back. Loaded with extras this home could satisfy any group, big or small. “Triple Crown” divides into 3 separate units (A,B &C) providing three living rooms and three kitchens. The A & B units each have 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The C unit (Penthouse) has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. We do not rent these units individually, but this configuration makes it a great property for family reunions, and multi-family vacations! Located in the Seaside-Seagrove area you are sure to find plenty of shopping, dining and children's activities to satisfy your every need in walking distance. Plenty of parking for large groups including weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and reunions. There are a total of 7 King Size beds, 1 Queen Size bed, 8 Twin beds,( 4 sets of bunk beds) and 2 sleeper sofas.

Our beautiful pearly white sand and clear blue waters have earned this area many awards including being listed in the top 10 beaches of North America. World renowned Seaside is next door and provides free movies and concerts during summer and spring seasons. There is also many interesting shops and restaurants to enjoy as well. Many arts and craft events as well as Wine Festivals make their appearances in this area all during the year. There are great restaurants, golf courses, biking and the County's largest Outlet Mall all within 30 minutes of 'Triple Crown.' There are also Mansions, history trails, fishing and plenty of sight seeing to do as well.
