Beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo,(approx 1200 sq.ft) featuring open concept with King bed in the master bedroom,twins in the 2nd bedroom, marble floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. we bought it in june 2010, ( It had never been lived in previously) furnished it and it is fully equipped including vonnage phone, satelliite TV with HBO, and wireless internet .. you only need to bring your clothes! Great balcony overlooking lovely gardens and the 'quiet' pool (there are several other pools, but this one is tucked away in a quiet corner, so used much less. The beach, the other swimming pools, and hot tubs are only steps away.
Located just 1 mile south of town, means everything is close by, but no raucous beach parties to keep you awake at night... just the soothing sound of the surf! 2 golf courses are close by (one 15 minutes north and one 35 minutes south), the Baja Studio is about 1 mile away. The wine country and Ensenada are an hour's drive south of the condo along one of the most scenic coastlines on the west coast. Great restaurants, night life, cinema, lots of local events from concerts, art shows, bike races,duplicate bridge club, sand castle and surfing competitions as well as the local 'market' all add to the fun of a Rosarito vacation.

My husband and I are Canadians who first come to Rosarito for a week's vacation in 2006. We had no intention of buying any property, but after 5 days there, we were the proud new owners of our first Condo in the La Jolla complex! We didn't take possession until 2008 when the unit was completed. After spending 2 months there in the winter, we knew we had made the right decision- we loved the town, the unit, and had made many new friends. We decided we would like to have another unit that our kids (we have 5!) and their families could come and use. We looked for another condo and bought this one in June 2010.. it is charming, well located, and everyone loves it! Now furnished and fully equipped, we are prepared to rent to other responsible vacationers.

We spent many vacations looking for a spot to spend the winters once we retired. When we were in San Diego, some one suggested we drive down to Rosarito, which we did, and within days we fell in love with the place! We loved the moderate climate, the golfing, the beach, the amenities the complex has to offer, the proximity to town without the noise of the nightly parties, the restaurants... the sunsets, the sound of the surf, and the fact we are close to San Diego with everything it offers as well!
We have tried to set the condo up as though we were full time residents, so that our guests have all the amenities of home: a kitchen extremely well equipped, with service for 8 and good quality cooking utensils, a vonage phone system which allows for free long distance calling to Canada and the US, WIFI, so anyone who wants to, can stay connected to home and office. The beds and the furnishings are new and selected for comfort. The view of the gardens, pool and ocean is peaceful and lovely. Amenities (pools, hot tubs and beach access) are just steps away!
Who Knew? That a simple search on the internet could lead to such a great experience! Judy and Ray need to quit referring to themselves as "landlords" and substitute it with 'gracious hosts"! They helped us feel at home quickly and provided us with so much useful information. The condo itself left us wanting for nothing, and we slept like babies our whole stay. Utilities (electricity and water) included in weekly rental rate. Monthly tenants pay utilities (water and Electricity)
Washer dryer extra fee for weekly/daily rentals.
Rates are subject to change until reservation confirmed.
Security deposit is required to hold the unit. Balance of rent is due 30 days from occupancy date. Cancellatons: with 60 day notice, full refund of monies paid. Less than 60 days, no refund unless unit is re-rented at for same dates and rates. All rates subject to change until confirmed by owner.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
