Attached 2 car garage accessible from an interior staircase. Complete linens, towels, kitchenware, coffeemaker. All you need to do is come and make yourself at home and enjoy. Large community pool and jacuzzi, tennis court. Easy access to the walking trails for hiking, bike riding, and walking. Close to the 101 Freeway. Only 15 minutes from the airport. Close to Old Town Scottsdale, West World, McCormick Ranch and Gainey Ranch. Numerous golf courses are close by. Baseball spring training stadiums are within a few miles and easy drive too.
Plus there is plenty of shopping close by ranging from upscale shops and boutiques at the malls to nearby grocery and book stores. Scottsdale's fine dinning is a short drive away, and many good restaurants are within easy walking distance.
