Built in 2007, our 2400 square foot non-smoking three bedroom/three bathroom condo boasts luxury living with pristine views of the Atlantic Ocean. Located on the second floor, our luxury unit can comfortably accommodate 2-8 guests. Both the family room and Master Suite open up to a large balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Just 2 blocks away is quaint and historic Flagler Avenue with an ice cream shop, restaurants, shopping and entertainment to please everyone.
Our complex has a beautiful pool and spa, charcoal barbecue grill, fitness room with state-of-the art Nautilus equipment, FREE Wireless Internet and building security system. We have everything you need to relax, enjoy and unwind in high style.
Amenities
-Our unit has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including microwave, stove, dishwasher and full-size refrigerator. All linens and towels are provided for all 3 bedrooms and baths. We also have a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
-The dining area can seat up to 9 and our butler’s bar, which includes a wine chiller, can store all of your favorite libations.
-The living room has a loveseat, queen-size sleeper sofa, Cable TV and DVD player.
-The large Master Suite has a king-size bed, cable TV, DVD player, 2 walk-in closets and a luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.
-A queen-size bed is in the second bedroom with Cable TV, a large closet and adjacent bathroom.
-2 sets of twin bunk beds occupy the third bedroom with Cable TV and DVD player and an adjacent bathroom.
-We have beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, pool floats and beach/sand toys available for your use. Our registered guests can park in our underground garage.

Local Attractions
-New Smyrna beach is located just 1 hour from Orlando so Universal Studios, Disneyworld and Sea World are easily accessible if you’re so inclined. And just 20 minutes away is Daytona Beach with shopping malls and the home of NASCAR and Daytona USA.
-Visit historic Ponce Inlet and tour the lighthouse, grounds and museum. You can get there by car or the New Smyrna Beach Water Taxi and cruise up the Intercoastal Waterway for a nominal fee.
-Go golfing, boating, fishing, surfing, wave-running, biking, kayaking – all of these are available in the area.
