The Summit is located on Ski View Road overlooking Ski Mountain and Gatlinburg.
Safety and Directions to the condo: Please drive cautiously and please do not feed the wildlife in the park. Feeding bears, kills bears.

Traveling through Gatlinburg turn right at red light #10 onto Ski Mountain Road, travel up the hill and then turn right at the Chalet Village Sign. After a short distance, turn left onto Wiley Oakley Road, traveling more up hill and curvy driving past the green water tank, turn left onto Ski View Drive. The Summit will be a couple of miles on your right near the end of Ski View Drive. The winter months these roads are kept clear, but early morning commutes may cause some icy conditions.

Ober Gatlinburg 2006/07 Season Lift Passes and Season Pass Holder Parking Permits are now available! Season Lift Passes are only $209 through Wednesday, November 15th and $249 beginning Thursday, November 16th. Season Pass Holder Parking Permits are $25 and are valid for parking at the lodge or downtown tram parking lot.
