The light and airy interiors feature a comfy living area with 18’ ceilings, TONS of natural light and remote-controlled electric fireplace attached to a well-appointed, open concept chef’s kitchen with an oversized island that includes seating for eight. The main level also features a powder room, laundry room and primary king ensuite with a spa-like bathroom and large walk-in closet. The lower level features an additional living area well as a private den, three bedrooms with room darkening shades plus two full bathrooms with shower/tub.

Outside you have two separate spaces to enjoy- a quiet, peaceful covered front porch with seating and fans, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. In the back there’s a deck lounge with cushioned seating and built in gas fire pit plus a dining table with seating for six. The fenced in yard is perfect for keeping little ones contained while you grill dinner on the Weber gas grill or you’re showing off your skills with a game of cornhole. The deep lot has an extra-long driveway with plenty of off-street parking for your group (garage parking not available).

Additional child friendly features include a pack n play, highchair, plastic dishes and fold up kids table and chairs, great for adding extra dining space inside or out.

We’ve provided everything you need to make your beach days enjoyable including a wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels.

But undoubtedly the most desirable feature of the home is its location!! You’ll be staying right in the middle of it all and walkable to everything! Just two blocks to South Beach, one block to Kids Corner Playground and blocks to the lighthouse, Splashpad, downtown shops and restaurants, Kal-Haven trail and more! Leave your car in the driveway and explore all that South Haven has to offer! Upon booking you will receive an extensive, host-curated list of local experiences to plan your perfect get-away!
