NO SMOKING is permitted anywhere on or inside of any of our rental properties nor are those who may partake in tobacco smoking allowed to occupy any of our properties. A 50% deposit is due upon return of the rental agreement (100% is due if it is less than 60 days from arrival date). Named for the bald eagles that frequent the property, Eagle Watch Beach House is within viewing of two bald eagles nests. The large flat yard is perfect for volleyball, wiffle ball, or any other family activities. The pea stone - gravel beach is perfect for swimming and relaxing, and the location is relatively private.
