Our units can sleep up to 8, with up to 4 people in each unit. These are two fully furnished studio units that can be rented separate or together to make a larger condo. Each unit has its own private bathroom, kitchenette and balcony with an amazing view. We provide free high speed Internet access, 2 boogie boards, portable playpen/crib (optional), charcoal grill, and chairs for relaxing on your huge balcony! Our kitchens come fully equipped with coffee maker, blender, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, oven burners, toaster or toaster oven, cookware and utensils. What more do you need??

This is not an apartment building or hotel, but a real condominium building on the best beach in Cancun. The complex features 2 outdoor swimming pools (including a kiddie pool), tennis court, parking, 24-hour lobby check-in available, pool side bar, full service restaurant for breakfast or lunch at reasonable prices (and optional service on the beach), linens and towels included with available maid service.

On the main bus route, this is a great location to use as your home base for exploring Cancun and the surrounding marvels of the Yucatan Peninsula. We are on Cancun's point, in the best location. Buses will take you anywhere in the city or on the island for approximately 65 cents. They come by every few minutes on the boulevard right in front of the condo. There is no need to rent a car when you stay at this condominium project. It is within walking distance of most of the restaurants and shopping centers on the island. There are plenty of excellent night clubs and restaurants, all within walking distance. Explore Cancun! Sailing, scuba diving, water skiing, golf, jet skiing, snorkeling, bike moped rentals, wind-surfing, and fishing are available. Side trips can be taken to Cozumel, Isla Mujeres, Xcaret, Playa Del Carmen, Tulum or Chichen Itza.
