This is a professionally managed property. The availability calendar for this property is kept accurate and up to date. This property rents from SATURDAY to SATURDAY with a 7 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. Do not inquire for more than the posted maximum people this property is advertised for. The maximum number of people allowed includes children, infants, and adults. NO SMOKING is permitted anywhere on or inside of any of our rental properties nor are those who may partake in tobacco smoking allowed to occupy any of our properties. A 50% deposit is due upon return of the rental agreement (100% is due if it is less than 60 days from arrival date). We offer all our terms and policies on our website, which we will guide you to prior to booking the property. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------HEAD OF THE HARBOR - Located off the harbor in Camden village, this recently finished and well appointed duplex property on the corner of Sea Street and Atlantic Avenue is in a very desirable part of town with shopping and restaurants just across the harbor. Next door to the property is the world-famous Camden Amphitheater Park and Library. All the nearby conveniences help make this a true destination property.

Tastefully decorated throughout, this property is a great alternative to staying at a hotel or inn for the week. The layout is an open plan design with views of the harbor and town from all the main rooms. The kitchen is equipped with high end appliances, an island with seating for six at the bar counter and even a butlers pantry/wet bar. The large open living room has cable TV with a DVD player as well as comfortable couches and chairs for socializing and reminiscing about the days activities. There are two king sized (can be converted to twins) bedrooms on the main level each with en suite bathrooms and a third bedroom with two twins (can be converted to king) on the lower level with its own bathroom.

Outside you have your own covered porch with a shared yard on the northwest side of the house where you can sit and watch boat traffic or cook on the gas grill. There is also a garden on the north side of the house along with the use of two off street parking spaces.

There are few rental properties on Camden Harbor that enjoy the views that this house offers.

You can also rent the entire building complete with 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 5 bedrooms and 5 baths, which we advertise as House on the Harbor.
