The large open living room has cable TV with a DVD player as well as comfortable couches and chairs for socializing and reminiscing about the days activities. There are two king sized (can be converted to twins) bedrooms on the main level each with en suite bathrooms and a third bedroom with two twins (can be converted to king) on the lower level with its own bathroom.
Outside you have your own covered porch with a shared yard on the northwest side of the house where you can sit and watch boat traffic or cook on the gas grill. There is also a garden on the north side of the house along with the use of two off street parking spaces.
