Wonderful Lake Michigan Beach Front Condo with w/ Pool 1 Bedroom 2 Baths

This charming First Floor condo overlooks the sandy beaches of Little Traverse Bay. It is located near the center of a 26 mile bike path that connects Harbor Springs and Petoskey. The master bedroom and living room each have a private deck and 12 feet of windows for spectacular sunset views. The master bedroom has 2 queen size beds and its own bathroom. The living room has a queen size pull-out with access to the second full bathroom.

Tannery Creek Condominiums are adjacent to Petoskey State Park, tucked away in a private area, and within walking distance to the historic community of Bay View with their wonderful summer music/cultural programs. Only 40 minutes south of Mackinaw Island, and a 15 minute drive to Charlevoix and Harbor Springs.

Restrictions: No Pets. No Smoking. No RVs, boats or trailers are permitted on the premises at any time.

We were very pleased with the Condo. It was clean, nicely decorated and conveniently located. The process of renting the property was simple and the owners were very helpful. We will certainly rent the property again as the opportunity arises!
