Magnificent, brand new estate home with private pool bordering the state preserv

Magnificent, like new estate home with private pool bordering the state preserve. Sweeping Gulf, Bay and Stateland views!!

Completed October, 2002, this beautiful spacious estate style home is a fantastic getaway with over 4000 square feet of living area. Great for family get togethers, friends gathering, or even a small group retreat.

On the first level are 3 spacious bedrooms with lovely porches. On the second level is the living area with large screen porch and a second master suite. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with an oversized refrigerator, corian countertops, full size dishwasher, and breakfast bar. The living area has a full entertainment center with a 42" screen TV, stereo with CD player, DVD and VCR players, & Wireless Internet. On the top level is a lovely crow’s nest with breath taking views of the state park, Gulf of Mexico, and Pine Island Sound; a fantastic spot for watching sunrises and sunsets.
