You will walk in the door and feel right at home in this light and airy second floor condo that overlooks the fairways and ponds of Kelly Greens Golf and Country Club. This beautifully furnished two bedroom, two bath veranda has its own garage, central air, and spacious open living areas. There is a wonderful vaulted ceiling, front and back lanais, and ceiling fans throughout. You will find everything you need and more with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, linens, towels, TVs, VCR, DVD player and high speed internet. The master bedroom has its own patio door into the front lanai and a bay window overlooking the golf course. There is a king-sized bed, twin walk-in closets and a beautifully tiled bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a large closet and dresser.

Amenities: The club and surrounding area are in beautiful condition. You have 5 miles of biking and walking sidewalks within the gated community. Two bicycles are available for your use. A heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi are just a short walk from your door and another pool, tennis courts and exercise facility are available for your use near the beautiful newly renovated clubhouse. The club has excellent food and service both for casual and gourmet dining. The 6800 yard golf course is excellent for both the high and low handicapper. Golfing guests will have a one time $265 membership transfer fee (per couple), then reasonable green fees. Power carts are additional. Walking is permitted, usually in the afternoon.

Activities: Your condo is ideally located only a few miles from the beautiful beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers Beach and Bonita. Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge with its fantastic variety of birds and animals is just minutes away. Many other attractions such as the Edison Ford Museum, theaters, fishing and boating excursions, canoeing and kayaking are available in the area. Great shopping and many excellent restaurants are close by. The Fort Myers International Airport (RSW) is just 20 minutes away.
