Need-to-know about Estepona:: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol . Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. Sunning sea views and a bathroom for each room!

This apartment was lovely and clean and had views to the horizon of the Mediterranean Sea. There are three resonable size double rooms each with their own bathroom.
The property is at the top of a hill, hence the splendid views, and while a walk DOWN to the local beach bar is a reaonably pleasant 10-15 minute stroll, a walk back UP afterwards is more challenging! For shopping etc. a car is needed, but the property does have a secure packing garage.
The property balconies face East and so the view to the horizon affords beautiful sunrise views if you are up early enough. We went in October and so the sunrise time was not too challenging for a couple of views (8.35am).
The meet and greet was friendly and timely, and having left my iPad and laptop in the property (oops!) they were promptly returned to me by courier.
All in all a lovely place to relax away from the hustle and bustle, but for eating out and shopping you will need to have a car.

If I should write few senteces about our stay at first I would like to say that we were very satisfied, The apartmen was great, everything written on the internet was there. Girls appreciated well equiped kitchen :) and boys spent a lot of time by the pool. Air conditioning is something absolutely fantastic in hot weather but what we liked the most was the huge balcony where we ate almost every meal. The last point i would like to mention is the garrage just under the apartment- a luxury thing for me :). Our landlady Lynne was very kind to us because we arrived at about 11PM and there was no problem to contact her and pick up the keys, she shower us everything in the house and gave us some advices for trips in the surrounding areas. I would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone, who wants to have a nice stay in the east of Spain

The Urbanisation 'Terrazas de la Bahia' is built on a small hill, beside the beach in the Bahia de Casares. So you enjoy a free view over the Mediterranean and the coast of Casares. The urbanisation is only 10km far away from the village of Casares, which is called 'pearl' of this region. This is a small typical Andalusian village with small picturesque alleyways. On the highest elevation, there is an old spire and a peel; from this place you have a wonderful prospect to the strait of Gibraltar. It’s not far to the famous lookout point Mirador de Juanar and to the Valle de los Naranjos with its unique orange-woods.   • Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
    1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
    2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
    3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
    4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).
