This is a new Penthouse - duplex Apartment, on two levels with spacious living room 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with stunning sea & mountain views in the community 'Terrazas de la Bahia', near Estepona. This property is situated in well-kept gardens with 2 community pools. The Penthouse has 3 terraces in total, 2 with fantastic sea view; the third terrace is on the garden site. There is air conditioning throughout for heating/cooling. Tastefully and to a high standard with SAT TV-Astra, DVD, music/CD-radio furnished living room with dining place to seat 6 people, when you seat on the dining table you can look at the sun, lighting on the open Mediterranean Sea! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. Both lounge and dining area look out to a large terrace with free overviews to the sea and the mountains. The whole property is very stylish and with a personal taste furnished with a lot of unique accessories, pictures and some antique furniture.

This is a spacious luxury and to high standards with a personal touch furnished penthouse/ duplex apartment on 2 levels in nice urbanisation with the architecture of a small Andalusian village of little townhouses with a wonderful garden area with 2 communal swimming pools. The Penthouse has 3 terraces in total: 2 with total free direct view on the Mediterranean Sea. The beachside terraces are all furnished, one with dining table to seat 6 and blind, the terrace upstairs is with upholstered furniture to bathe in the sun, or drink tee or coffee. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, all with double bed, 2 of them with en-suite-bathrooms. Downstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary facilities you need for a relaxing holiday! We have furnished the living room and the master bedroom with chosen unique Andalusian antiques. The Penthouse has 2 separate air conditioning systems throughout hot and cold! The Urbanisation 'Terrazas de la Bahia' is built on a small hill, beside the beach in the Bahia de Casares. So you enjoy a free view over the Mediterranean and the coast of Casares. The urbanisation is only 10km far away from the village of Casares, which is called 'pearl' of this region. This is a small typical Andalusian village with small picturesque alleyways. On the highest elevation, there is an old spire and a peel; from this place you have a wonderful prospect to the strait of Gibraltar. It’s not far to the famous lookout point Mirador de Juanar and to the Valle de los Naranjos with its unique orange-woods. The next small village with numerous shopping, dining and facilities to go out is Sabinillas/Manilva in 3 min. by car. The bigger and vitally Estepona is in 8 min. accessible. To the small intimate marina of Puerto de la Duguesa is 4 min. by car drive, Marbella and Puerto Banus in 20min. It is a 10 minute stroll to the sandy beach.

  • All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per night. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 42,-/week; final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 120,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

    Booking conditions: A deposit of 30% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
    1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
    2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
    3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
    4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).

Need-to-know about Estepona:: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol . Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. You can stroll along the very tastefully decorated promenade with a lot of plants and trees up to the marina port of Estepona.

Need-to-know about San Pedro de Alcantara:: San Pedro de Alcantara is a small village in direct neighbourhood of the famous marina town of Puerto Banus (only 5 min. car drive!) Nach 10 Tagen perfektem Wetter und dank Ihrer Empfehlung der Autovermietung und des Golfbüros, was alles ebenfalls einwandfrei funktioniert hat, waren wir rundum zufrieden. Gerne kommen wir zu gegebener Zeit wieder auf Sie zu.“ *** Frau Birgit Janovsky aus Hamburg: „In Ihrer Wohnung haben wir uns wirklich wohl gefühlt, vor allem wegen der geschmackvollen Einrichtung. Viel Platz, alles komfortabel und die Möglichkeit zu Fuß an den Strand und in den nächsten Ort kommen zu können hat uns gut gefallen. Richtig genossen haben wir die Terrassen mit dem schönen Blick aufs Meer. Einmal konnten wir einen Delphinschwarm beobachten und manchmal sogar Afrikas Küstenlinie schemenhaft erkennen! Wir haben uns einiges angesehen (Cadiz, Tarifa, Ronda auf der Route der weißen Dörfer, Estepona, Marbella) und Strandwanderungen gemacht (einmal fast bis Estepona + zurück).“

Auuch außerhalb der Saison zu empfehlen

Normalerweise ist man etwas skeptisch gegenüber Beschreibungen von Objekten auf Webseiten. Nur - hier trifft alles so zu, wie man es lesen kann. Die Objektbeschreibung enthält keinerlei Übertreibungen oder gar Schönfärberei. Deshalb muss man dem nichts hinzufügen. Zugegeben, das Objekt liegt oberhalb der 4-spurigen Küstenautobahn. Aber wir fühlten uns gerade außerhalb der Urlaubssaison hierdurch in keinster Weise beeinträchtigt. Die Ausstattung des Objektes lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Gerade auch bei etwas schlechterem Wetter und an kälteren Tagen lässt es sich bei dem grandiosen Ausblick auch einmal im Inneren aushalten.
Ausflüge in das Hinterland oder nach Gibraltar sind quasi vor der Haustür möglich und für jede Form der Unterhaltung liegen Estepona und Sabinillas (schöner weitläufiger Strand) in der Nähe.

Wir waren im Juli 2008 10 Tage dort und haben wirklich einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Angaben die uns der Vermieter gemacht hatte waren alle wirklich hilfreich, angefangen wo man am besten ißt oder am besten einkaufen kann. Die Anlage, in der die Wohnung ist, wird täglich gereinigt und gepflegt so das man sich absolut wohl fühlen kann. Wirklich nur zu empfehlen.

Die Online-Angaben waren äußerst korrekt, die Ausstattung übertraf alle Erwartungen. Es war sauber und gepflegt. Die Abwicklung und Betreuung - sowohl durch den Vermieter als auch die Betreuerin vor Ort - war äußerst zuverlässig und angenehm.
Viele freundliche Tipps und Empfehlungen des Vermieters waren für uns sehr hilfreich.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt 100prozentig.
