This guest house is on the same property as our main beach house and has served us well to host many guests over the last few years. The guest house is cozy, comfortable and all you need for a long weekend with the girls, family or just the two of you. There is a kitchenette which includes a microwave, mini frig, sink and small plates/utensils for afternoon snacks or a quick bite before heading down to the beach. The bath is decorated in greens and reds and has a tub and shower. There is heat and air to keep you comfortable.
The location can't be beat. You are just a short walk to the great island shopping, restaurants, trolley tours, lighthouse and community pool. We chose this area of the island, called south island, to be close to all the goings on around town. This is a biking community so bring your bikes and head out to explore.
We hope you will experience a wonderful getaway, here in the greatest place on earth, St. Simons Island, GA. Your escape awaits you...

My husband Russ and I have three great children under 14 and have called Marietta, GA our home, for 20 years. We purchased our beach house and guest house seven years ago, after a brief camping trip in Brunswick. We took one look at this great island and said we had to be here. There is nothing like a great long weekend on the island to refresh and rejuvenate the spirit and soul. Atlanta is busy and St. Simons is a great place to let it all go and get reconnected with those you hold dear. I hope you come stay in our sweet guest house, you will love it.

Just wanted to say thanks again -- I posted a review in case you hadn't seen it. We absolutely loved staying at the cottage and feeling like we were in a neighborhood -- we will definitely stay again, in fact I'll work our work schedules around your cottage availability schedules! We got in somewhat late on Wed., but did Mullet Bay for dinner. Very good. We did Mallery Cafe for breakfast and Barbara Jean's for dinner the next day. Moo Cow for ice cream, and they had homemade doggy ice cream too! Ended the week with lunch at Southern Soul before we headed out. There's a new Mexican restaurant opening behind Barbara Jean's when we were there, owned by the 5th of May (?) people, so that's probably on our list next time. The Wi-Fi worked great as well.
The guest cottage is cute and inviting and the bed especially comfortable. It is fairly close to the beaches and Village. I think it works very well for someone who is there for a long weekend or a short stay. A microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot and decent size refrigerator are available to have a light breakfast and make some lunch if you choose, and there are many good restaurants for eating all meals away from your lodging. I very much enjoyed my stay there and look forward to the next time I visit the island.
The place was really cute. Well decorated. The owners were really easy to reach on the phone in case we needed anything. Sofa bed mattress was a little saggy, but the real bed was super comfy!
Great location. Neptune park is an awesome place to spend a nice day. It is close to a bunch of restaurants and cute shops.
We had a great time in St. Simon's! The cottage is within walking distance to the pier, restaurants, public beach access and more. Great bike paths nearby too!
Loved this spot - cozy spot convenient to village. Good cycling & walking. Beach, food, & drink was awesome - highly recommend
Was looking for a place to go on my own to read, write and relax. The guest cottage was perfect. Comfortable, cozy and had everything I needed. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a large studio apartment-type setup
