This home is a beautiful, professionally decorated and landscaped, fully furnished 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Vacation Villa with 1350 square feet of living space located in Del Webb’s Sun City Grand adult resort community in Surprise AZ. To rent this home, one guest must be at least 55 years of age. This home has a large, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining nook with bay window. The spacious living room has a couch, love seat, chair and ottoman, tables, lamps and TV armoire with VCR/DVD player and a stereo with in ceiling speakers in the living room and the master bedroom. The home has a 2 car garage with electric opener, laundry room with washer/dryer, private, 6 foot high walled backyard with covered patio, gas grill, patio table and cushioned chairs. The spacious master bedroom suite with a bay window and ceiling fan has a queen size bed, two nightstands, lamps, a sitting room chair and TV armoire with DVD player.

This home is ideally located in the heart of the Sun City Grand community. A short walk will take you to the major Sun City Grand resort amenities…. the community center with swimming pools, spas, tennis courts, gracious lobbies with cozy chairs, big screen TVs, magazines, books, and puzzles, outside courtyard with babbling brook and water falls, conversation and reading areas, fireplaces (seasonal), and the many club (arts/crafts/activities) buildings. Also within walking distance is a small shopping plaza with an Osco drug, dry cleaners, hair and nail salon. Bank One and Wells Fargo banks are across from the plaza. A wide variety of worship/religious services are held within the community or within easy driving distance. World class medical facilities are also within a short drive.

Rental Rates for this vacation house rental in Surprise, Arizona

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $1200-2400/Month
  • One month minimum for High Season: January - April.
    One month minimum for Low Season.
    Rates include all utilities, local phone service and basic cable.
    $1000.00 Security Deposit, refundable if no damage occurs.
    $200.00 Cleaning Fee/$50.00 refunded if property left clean.
    Security Deposit, Cleaning Fee and a 25% Non-Refundable if cancelled Deposit of Total Rent is due at signing. Remaining Rent Balance Due 30 days prior to Rental Start Date.
    We accept Paypal (preferred) and personal checks for payment.
    We strive to provide accurate information, but resort amenities and use fees are regulated by the Sun City Grand Community Association and are subject to change. As of October 1, 2006, resort amenity use requires a photo ID card available for a one time fee of $100/person per stay for a signed lease of a minimum of one month for two people maximum. ID card holders may purchase cards for additional guest use at the community association office.
  • Note until reservations are confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
