About Carl and Liz Risberg
Hello. We live in London taking care of our many rental flats. We bought this particular flat in 2005. We have been living in London for 2 years. Two of our daughters go to school here and the oldest daughter goes to school in Pamplona, Spain. Our middle daughter helps us with the business in between her schooling. We enjoy meeting people from all over the world bringing with them their customs and language. Our aim is to be available to our guests and to hopefully have them leave London with wonderful memories of their stay.
Why Carl and Liz Risberg chose Kensington
We chose this particular flat because it's on a very quiet street but so near to the tube station, Shepherd's Bush and shopping mall, Westfield. When we walked into this flat for the first time we liked the atmosphere that it gave off and the prettiness of the flat. It is in the borough of Kensington and Chelsea which is considered the best Borough in London. The street is not very long and at the end of it on Russel Gardens there are 3 restaurants to choose from one of which is the Kensington Pub. We could go our for dinner and be home in one minutes.....quite a nice feature, especially when you are tired and do not feel like hassling with the bus or tube.
What makes this apartment unique
This particular flat has a huge bathroom! It also has a gas fireplace which makes it cozy in the winter months. We just put down a new wooden floor throughout the flat which looks absolutely stunning. The flat is on the first floor which makes it easy to maneuver grocery bags and luggage. It's a roomy flat and very pretty.
