BUSINESS OR PLEASURE THIS LOVELY FLAT WELCOMES YOU

Great location with easy access to tube station. we used public transport all the time. Great selection of shops and restaurants at Westfield Shopping Centre within 5 min walk from the property. Would recommend Fire & Stone for children and adults alike. Jamie's Italian is more suited to adults. The House was really clean and well maintained. Unfortunately the broadband connection was not working while we were there so we did not have internet access or full tv channels however as we were out and about each day this was not a big issue. Would recommend the property to couples and families, living space would be tight if 6 adults were staying.

Overall our experience at this property and with its owners was excellent. The description of the property and the photos accurately reflected the property's appearance and amenities. The property was clean and well maintained. As advertised, it was at a very nice and central location, within walking distance to public transportation. The owners were extremely engaged in making sure our days were efficiently planned and also helpful in answering all our questions and concerns. We would definitely come back and reccommend this property to anyone looking to spend some time in London.

My wife and I and our two daughters (11, 13) just spent a wonderful week at this Kensington Flat. The pre-arrival arrangements with the owners was very straight-forward and we found them to be very responsive and extremely accommodating. Arrangements were made for a car to pick us up at Heathrow and we arrived at the Flat and were met and provided the keys along with information about the Flat and the surrounding area.

The Flat is on a quiet street but backs up to a busy street on the back of the apartment. We ran the fan while we slept and were not bothered by the street noise. We ate dinner in a couple of nights but for the most part only slept there while we kept a busy pace touring the city's attractions. We found the Flat to be very clean and comfortable.

We did not have a car so we relied on the "Tube" for the week and the location is a 5 minute walk to the Shepard's Bush station. We purchased a weekly pass and found the location of the Flat very good for getting around London without a car. It’s a short subway trip to the major attractions of London.

The owners also set up a car to take us to the airport at the end of the week. Overall, I think the Flat met our expectations but the owners far exceeded our expectations with their service oriented spirit!
