There is a 2 night minimum stay. Minimum 1 week stay in June, July, and August. Holiday weekends have a 3 night minimum. Rates are subject to a 9% tax. Rates are for up to 4 guests (6 max.), $20 per night charge for each guest in excess of 4. Half amount due when reservations are made. Cancellation Policy: notify us four weeks prior to arrival for refund.
