We live locally and will meet with you upon your arrival to provide you with all the information you will need to enjoy your stay. We use the condo as often as possible and are particular to whom we rent it to. We are limiting the number of weeks we are willing to rent the condo to reduce the wear and tear.

We live in Escondido, California, which is about 40 miles northwest of downtown San Diego. We love to travel and would consider swapping time at our condo for another location.
The Owner purchased this condo in 2010
We have always wanted to purchase a place downtown and have really enjoyed the weekends here. We weren't originally going to rent the unit out, but realized that there would be many times when we just couldn't find the time to be here.
The most unique benefit is the location. There really is no better location in all of San Diego. I think that will become apparent from the moment you arrive.
