Comfortable, newly renovated villa with a beautiful lagoon view located within walking distance of the elegant new Sanctuary hotel and spa. Within a few minutes walking distance of the East Beach Tennis Center, Turtle Point Golf Club and School, as well as a private pool for guests' usage and convenient beach access. All guests enjoy access to resort amenities, including access to other pools, discounted access to golf and tennis, and complimentary message and concierge service. The historic city of Charleston is only a 35 minute drive away, providing access to many attractions as well as shopping and fine dining.

Additional information about rental rates

  • From $1000.00 per week
  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival and is payable by personal check drawn on US funds.
    If it is necessary to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded if you notify us in writing (e-mail is sufficient) 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If your cancellation is less than 60 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will only be refunded if another reservation is secured for the same dates. Changing a reservation constitutes a cancellation and the same terms and conditions apply. A $50.00 cancellation fee is charged for the cancellation of all confirmed reservations. Add accommodations tax of 11 1/2% to rates.

    For any holiday weeks or resort special events, please add 20% to the rates provided.

Amenities: This first floor villa was completely renovated in 2004 and provides a relaxing environment for its guests. The master bedroom provides a king size bed, private bathroom and closet with cable television and VCR, as well as an exquisite view overlooking the lagoon. The second bedroom provides two full size beds as well as a private closet and full bath. The comfortable living area includes cable television, DVD player, and a stereo system. The living room couch also provides additional sleeping space converting into a full size bed. The kitchen was also updated in 2006 with new countertops and sink.

The living area view overlooks the lagoon and provides an entrance to the lovely screened porch. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with standard appliances as well as extra touches to make your stay pleasant. The villa also includes a washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. Of course, we are always willing to accommodate our guests with any special requests in advance.

We really enjoyed our stay at the listed vacation rental. The rental provided for all of our needs including ammenities. Although we were sad that the washing machine broke on us, the resort center took great care of us and washed our clothes for us. The lady of the house really enjoyed the nicely decorated rooms and color choices for the walls. Very nice job. Thanks for opening your place to us. We will look you up on our next visit.
