Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Rental Rate: 1-4 people - $250 per night/$1500 per week, 5-10 - $350 per night/$2000 per week, 11-15 $450 per night/$2500 per week. $100-$150 cleaning fee. 10% tax added to all rentals. Two night min, longer stays may be required for summer months, special events and holidays. Flat rental rate of $2500 per week June 1 - August 15. Check in 4 pm, check out 11 am, unless otherwise authorized. Security deposit: $500 security deposit to be approved on your credit card, but not charged, except as provided for in our rental agreement. We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.

Area: In the quaint town of Ellijay, you can stroll the square and shop for treasures at the many local antique and craft shops. After a time of fun or relaxation, imagine ending your day, roasting marshmallows on an open fire or soaking in the outdoor hot tub, listening to the rushing whitewater of the river. Not a bad way to end your day.
