This cozy, well appointed studio is appropriately named 'Wind Song' because the music of the waves and the wind gently serenade you there. The views are unbelievable. You will never forget the brilliant sunsets, and the moon in your window is exquisite. It is just perfect for one or two people (adults only, please). If you are looking for a romantic getaway, this is the spot.

The decor is elegant and tasteful, with autumn colors and thematic art. The counter-tops are granite, and track lighting sets the mood. There is a desk provided for a computer or for writing. There is salon seating near the window with a spectacular view of the beach and ocean. Often, seals and pelicans can be spotted from this third floor window. Some have claimed even to have spotted the occasional whale.

I am a writer and a teacher, and before teaching, I traveled the world as a professional dancer. This studio condominium by the ocean is the perfect retreat for me, and I am glad to be able to share it with others.

The Sea Gypsy is a landmark building in Lincoln City, and a favorite place for people to visit. I love the boutiques, the spas, the restaurants, the art, and of course, all the ocean activities. The Central Coast is accessible to towns both North and South of here.

What makes this condo unique

I bought the condo as an evocative getaway place to write. I have always loved being near the ocean, where I feel centered and invigorated. I love being in a place that embraces both the visual and the temporal arts (theater and music). There is also great natural beauty in this region, with outdoor sports and water sports to enjoy it all.

Located near Kyllo's Restaurant and the 'D' River (shortest in the world), the Sea Gypsy is right on the beach, with spectacular views of the ocean. It is walking distance to the main town strip along Hwy 101 and less than 10 minutes by car to Chinook Casino.

We rented this studio condo for a relaxing Valentine's weekend at the beach. It was just perfect and we look forward to returning again. The beach view from the room is amazing, the photos accurately reflect the studio's appearance, it was very well appointed and maintained, and the owner made the entire rental process hassle free. We enjoyed frequently walks on the beach, great restaurants, and a visit to the outlet mall. We left feeling rested and refreshed!

Incredibly relaxing stay in this beach front nest. Complete kitchen, ocean view...the perfect refuge for a stormy beach weekend. Comfy bed, all the comforts of home. It was everything that the reviews on VRBO promised...No complaints!! Many accolades! Owner easy to work with/responsive.

Just now got around to writing our review, but we say better late than never! Spent our 34th Wedding Anniversary last April at this charming little getaway. Loved it so much the first time we had to come back. Well kept, quiet, with a beautiful view. We love the easy beach access, great restaurants, and nearby hiking. The owner is wonderful to work with. We have recommend this property to friends and family, and will be back this winter. Hopefully we can experience a winter storm.

A Real Treat

What a charming unit! We were very pleased with how tastefully it was appointed, and is even nicer in person than the photos - they just don't do it justice! Though we did not cook there on this occasion, we often do when we go to the coast and it was nice to see how well Wind Song was set up. Great central location. We were there for the Kite Festival and we could see lots of it right out our windows. And the beach chairs were a nice touch too. We would certainly stay there again and look forward to doing so.

Elegant beach condo!

What a stunning 180 beach view from a gorgeous studio! The warm decor, artwork and furniture were quite welcoming. There is everything you need in the very well equipped kitchen where I sat on the counter stool and sipped wine while my husband cooked dinner! Another nite we had one of the best pizzas EVER at Humble Pie, just an easy walk up 101. The location of Wind Song is just perfect, close to the Tanger Oulet mall also! Karen, you have a lovely studio in a great location.
