2nd FLOOR: Large main kitchen with all the necessities, including fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker & everything you need if you love to cook or hire a cook (available upon request). A large dinning room & 2nd living room with 2 couches & stereo. This living room overlooks the main large living room on the ground floor. It also features patio doors which open up to a balcony. A 3rd over sized bedroom is on this floor, it has a king-size bed, furniture & patio doors leading to a large terrace with patio table & chairs. A 2nd set of patio doors in the room opens to a balcony. 3rd FLOOR: A corridor with a teak furniture reading area & patio doors opening to a very large terrace that can host up to 30 people, on this terrace you can use the BBQ grill to enjoy your favorite cookout meals on another patio table set & lawn chairs, sunbathing long chairs, from this terrace, stairs lead to 2 more rooftop terraces to enjoy the wonderful scenic view of Playa & it’s breathtaking ocean view.
The 3rd floor also contains the master bedroom and two other balconies, both balconies are accessible from the master bedroom, one also from the corridor. The very large master bedroom has a gold domed ceiling, king-size bed, beautiful teak furniture, private security safe, large private bathroom with bathtub. All the linens and covers are of high quality for your nightly comfort. Maid service is included so you can spend more time relaxing, by the way you need not worry about the drinking water, bottled water is supplied for your convenience, and we are always available to help you make your stay the most pleasant possible. The beach is only a 100 footsteps away, and Playa's famous 5th ave. a 3 minute walk. You can enjoy all that Playa has to offer or just relax on our beautiful beaches all in walking distance. Playa del Carmen is a beach resort town located approx 45 mins south of Cancun on the Yucatan’s Riviera Maya. It is one of Mexico's fastest growing cities, yet maintains its small-town charm & bohemian flavor. With gorgeous alabaster-white sand beaches & turquoise-blue waters, water sports such as diving, snorkeling, kayaking, sailing & fishing abound. Playa del Carmen's scuba diving scene has grown considerably in recent years & the city offers many diving packages, instructors, gear rentals & other services. Other recreational activities available in Playa include para-sailing, biking, horseback riding, golf, tennis & skydiving. Almost everything in Playa is within walking distance from our villa. Its main street 5th Ave (3 min walk) is lined with sidewalk cafes, boutiques, restaurants & stores selling Mexican crafts, amber & silver jewelry.

There are also many shops that sell a variety of handmade crafts from neighboring Guatemala, resort clothes & fine cigars. Day trips include a visit to the nearby Maya Ruins, (small Mayan ruins right next to our villa), Tres Rios Ecological Park or Xcaret Theme Park, Tulum temples & Xel Ha natural water park are only a few minutes drive, the pier to catch the ferry to famous Cozumel is only a 3 min walk. Restaurants are plentiful & offer authentic Mayan dishes & succulent seafood along with great décor. After hours, Playa del Carmen has a growing number of bars and nightclubs where you can dance and unwind until the wee small hours of the morning.
