Wonderful Adirondack style 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in Bolton Landing. Enjoy all the privacy of about 100 ft of Lake frontage with great views. There is a dock with ladders and a sandy swimming area but no beach. One side of the boathouse is available with the rental. Great screened in porch leading to a patio overlooking the lake. This home has lovely decor, patio furniture and an electric grill. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washer and dryer. The living room has a huge stone wood burning fireplace, a TV with cable, and a dining area which is bayed out and overlooks the lake. There are 2 double beds, 1 single bed and a double pull out couch in the living room.
