Villa Features:

With upscale furnishings and elegant touches, this 5-bedroom, 5-bath townhome on Hilton Head Island combines comfort and luxury. Sound Villa 1458 offers views of the Calibogue Sound from the large furnished deck, as well as from a private balcony off the top-floor master bedroom.

This spacious split-level townhome features two living areas, two master bedrooms and a dining area with seating for 10. Recently remodeled, the townhome showcases hardwood floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. In addition to a large, flat-screen television above the floor-to-ceiling hearth, the main living area has elegant details such as chair rails, crown molding and recessed lighting. A separate entertainment room boasts another large flat-screen TV, plus a wet bar with a wine refrigerator.

Both master bedrooms offer king-sized bedding. Queen-sized bedding is provided in the third and fourth bedrooms, while the fifth has two twin beds. Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own flat-screen TV, as well as a private bath with granite countertops and a stand-alone glass shower.

Sound Villa 1458 is located in the breathtaking Sea Pines resort. Bordered by both the Atlantic Ocean and the Calibogue Sound, this 5,000-acre resort provides miles of unspoiled beach access. A community pool is right in front of the villa, and guests enjoy free tennis at the community court. Nearby Harbour Town, home of the RBC Heritage PGA TOUR golf tournament and Hilton Head Island's iconic candy cane-striped lighthouse, offers shopping, dolphin cruises, kayak rentals and sunset dinners.
