Location, Location, Location! Beautiful 8th Fairway Home with Separate Casita

We rented this home over Thanksgiving. We had 10 people total and it was perfect.The house is stocked well and had the perfect amount of space for all of us to enjoy each other and not feel cramped. The pool, spa, and views from the backyard were great! We also took bikes to ride around the property and take in the beauty of it. We did want to play tennis (although none of us are tennis players) but didn't have the proper attire nor did we want to pay the extra fee to reserve the courts in the resort. Instead, we went to the public courts nearby. They also have a skate park there.
Do not miss your opportunity to ride the world's 2nd highest tram! Wished we had planned it to be up there at sunset.
The owner, Ginger, was very responsive in all transactions and very easy to work with.

Rancho la Quinta is the most beautiful place I have ever seen We toured through other communities as we researched real estate, and this area is by far the most luxurious. The view from this villa is breathtaking with the fairway and mountains in the background. The home is elevated so there is a lot of privacy from golfers. We didn't even use the seperate guest house, it is gorgeous! Ginger is the most gracious homeowner, very nice to deal with.
Stay here, you will love it!

I stayed in this appartment for 3 nights with my family. I should say that Jacques ( the owner) is a honest guy and very friendly. the price is fair in compare to what you get. I suggest this place to small families with moderate budget. it;s waaaay better than hotel, here you live like a parisian and you can cook and save money on food. I will use this place again for my next trip to Paris.
