Photos and Description of the Conil de la Frontera vacation house rental

Situated between Vejer de la Frontera and Conil de la Frontera you will find Casa Jacaranda on our 7´000 m² finca in a very quiet and rural setting. Nevertheless you can reach the villages of Vejer, Conil and El Palmar with its wonderful beaches within 10-15 minutes by car. The living area of Casa Jacaranda of 80 m² is composed by a living room with dining area and open kitchen, fully equipped with fridge/freezer, gas hob with oven; a bathroom with shower and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds on the ground floor. On the first floor there’s a very nice and spacious bedroom with double bed with sea views to the beaches of El Palmar. In front of it is a 20 m² terrace which invites for sunbathing or watching the stars. Next to the entrance we have a beautiful patio with seating under an old fig tree. Behind the house is a barbecue place with sitting and dining area. It is especially nice to enjoy breakfast there. From the end of April there’ll be a swimming pool of 9 x 4 m available.

Surroundings: Casa Jacaranda is an ideal place to explore the wide selection of Andalusian culture. Cadiz with its historic centre, Jerez with its famous sherry bodegas and the world famous riding school or Seville with its Moorish architecture, all is within easy reach. In case you prefer a beach holiday, at the Costa de la Luz are many beautiful beaches, some of them even provide a fantastic view to Morocco. If you like hiking, you can start directly at Casa Jacaranda to discover the flora and fauna of Andalusia. Especially in spring and autumn we can recommend some very nice walks near by or in the Sierra de Cadiz.

Nightlife: Especially in the summertime you can discover the nightlife of Andalusia. There are a lot of concerts, fiestas and other kinds of entertainment, where you can enjoy Spanish nightlife as long as you like, knowing that you will return to peace and tranquillity of the country side.

Distances: Jerez de la Frontera 60 min., Seville 90 min., Caiz 30 min. and Malaga 120 min. away.

Oase der Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit ...

Wir haben uns in der Casa Jacaranda super wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist behaglich und komfortabel eingerichtet und im Kaminofen kann man ein muckeliges Feuer machen, wenn's draußen mal - wie jetzt über Silvester - etwas ungemütlicher ist. Das Haus liegt ruhig, und der Blick vom Schlafzimmer über den Hügel bis hinunter zum Meer ist unvergleichlich. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es zwei Gaststätten, und man ist innnerhalb weniger Autominuten sowohl in Conil als auch in Vejer.

Die Betreuung durch Vera und Hans, die Besitzer, war einzigartig. Ganz lieb sind auch die Tiere auf dem Anwesen, zwei Hunde und drei Katzen, die den Aufenthalt zu einer rundum gelungenen Sache machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Finca in toller Lage mit Super- Aussicht !

Wir haben diese ruhig gelegene Finca über Weihnachten 2008 bewohnt und können nur Positives von unserem Urlaub berichten. Die Vermieter Vera und Hans bewohnen auf dem selben Grundstück ein eigenes Haus. Intimität ist trotzdem gewährleistet; beide sind supernett und haben uns gute Tipps gegeben. (Besonders zu empfehlen: Der Strand und die Dünen von Bolonia und das Restaurant am Fuß der Ausgrabungsstätten) Sehr gemütlich waren die Abende vor dem Kaminofen - zu dieser Jahreszeit auch notwendig- Brennholz haben wir täglich aus dem Schuppen auf dem Grundstück holen können. Die beiden süßen Hunde haben uns jedesmal, wenn wir mit dem Mietwagen ankamen, freudig begrüßt. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen grandiosen weitläufigen Ausblick auf die Küste von Conil. Man kann dort wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge erleben.

100%´tige Garantie für einen Traumurlaub

Die im Inserat angegebenen Inhalte stimmten absolut mit dem Objekt vor Ort überein. Es handelt sich um ein sehr sauberes und neu renoviertes Ferienhaus mit einer wunderschönen Garten und Poolanlage (ist alles mit sehr viel Liebe erstellt worden). Die Vermieter sind eine wahre Bereicherung für den Urlauber. Durch Vermittlung toller Insidertipps und Ihres persönlichen Engagements (falls gewünscht). Die Ruhe auf dem Land sorgt dazu, dass man wirklich nur Urlaub erleben kann und das zu 100%. Die Umgebung ist absolut sehenswert mit gut zu erreichenden Traumstränden, Bars und Tavernen (Vera hat immer wieder einen neuen Tipp).

Unser Urlaub in der Casa Jacaranda war für uns einfach herrlich. Ruhe, frische Luft, Meerblick, was will man mehr.

Das Haus ist ein Traum und man findet einfach alles was man braucht. Noch dazu gibt es super Tipps von den Vermietern über Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Veranstaltungen etc.

Casa Jacaranda können wir wärmstens empfehlen.
