Relax on the front patio or the sandy beach and gaze at a radiant sunset every evening followed by star-studded skies. - Just 3 hours from Detroit area - Only four miles to restaurants, marinas, horseback riding, state parks, golf courses, and shopping. - 2 State Park Camping areas and Caseville County Park. - Community has go-carts, water slide, arcade, and putt-putt golf.

  • $1050/Week
  • We reserve requested weeks for the party whose deposit check arrives earliest. $200 Refundable deposit plus 50% of the cost of the rental + MI state sales tax is due at the time of reservation and the balance will be due 30 days before occupancy. For short notice guests, (less than one month ahead) we will require full payment at the time of reservation. Our changeover day is Friday. Our rental weeks run from Friday to Friday.
    Note: Full Payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cottage Details:: Comcast cable, 27 inch TV, VCR, DVD, ceiling fan. Cozy country feel with knotty pine walls and cathedral ceiling. Floor to ceiling stone wood fireplace with heat-a-lator. Bay windows that provide an unobstructed view of beautiful mature oak trees and Saginaw Bay. Den: Free Internet hookup with Wi-Fi & LAN High Speed DSL, Epson color printer/scanner. Private phone line with free local calls for entire Huron County. Kitchen: (small, but who cooks?!): Master Bedroom: Queen bed with private full bath and view of the lake. Bedroom#2: Double bed and twin bed. Bath#2: Full bath with tile floors and shower. Loft: Two (2) twin beds overlooking the living room.

Quiet and Serene:: The best thing about the beach house is the quiet rural feel of tall trees, beautiful waters and pleasant landscaping for those who need a rest from life's busy daily schedule. This place is a gift from our Lord Jesus Christ, and we want to share it. The water levels in many of Michigan's great lakes have been down for some years. Our beach is beautiful and the area from the beach to the present water's edge is groomed, but we must inform you that water is not lapping at the beach as we would like. We have 2 public access options very near us on the north shore of Sand Point available to our visitors for swimming.

Cheeseburger in Caseville Festival: Please go online and check out this crazy wonderful family local event held for 10 days each August. This is a very special week in Caseville and will run from Aug.13-Aug 22 in 2010.

Other Activities: Just taking a nice rest on the beach!
